Radio by FLARE does not collect any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, or location) directly from you. You can use the app freely without creating an account or providing any personal data.

1.1 Aptabase Analytics

Starting with version 1.0709 of the app, we use Aptabase Analytics to collect anonymous usage statistics. This data helps us understand how the app is used so we can improve features and performance. Aptabase data collection:

• Is anonymous and not tied to your identity.
• Does not track you across other apps or websites.
• Is not used for advertising or commercial purposes.
• Is used only for app improvement and troubleshooting.

1.2 Google AdMob Advertising

Starting with version 1.0809 of the app, Radio by FLARE displays third-party advertisements provided by Google AdMob. This allows us to offer the app for free while covering development and maintenance costs.

Please note:

• Radio by FLARE itself does not collect or store any user data for advertising purposes.
• Google AdMob may collect and process certain information in order to serve ads. This may include device information, IP address, and interactions with ads.
• Depending on your location, Google AdMob may show personalized ads (based on your interests and activity) or non-personalized ads.

2. Your Choices

You remain in control of your privacy. Depending on your device and operating system, you may be able to:

• Continue to use Radio by FLARE even if you choose to disable personalized ads.

3. Third-Party Services

In addition to analytics and advertising, Radio by FLARE streams content from third-party broadcasters. These radio stations are outside of our control, and their data practices may differ. We recommend checking the privacy policies of individual broadcasters if you have concerns about their content or data usage.

We take privacy seriously and have designed Radio by FLARE with a privacy-first approach:

• We do not require registration or accounts.
• We do not store personal information on our servers.
